A private one-on-one with Ashley
We begin with a private session with Ashley, Fusion’s Founder, and deep dive to get clear on where you’re going, what you’re building, your ambitions, your lifestyle, your challenges and the kind of women you want in your world.
We’ll talk about the relationships you want to build, the opportunities you want to create and the women you’d genuinely love to meet.
From there, Ashley personally maps out your Platinum introductions - so every connection is intentional, relevant and aligned with where you’re headed.
2. Meet the right women who expand your world
Personal introductions, made for you
Throughout your six months, Ashley personally matches you with women from the Fusion network based on where you are in business, life and what you’re looking for next.
You’ll be introduced to women who are at a similar level of business or further ahead, women navigating a similar stage of growth or team, or women who understand your current life circumstances and challenges.
We handle the logistics and set up the meeting — in person or on Zoom — then personally introduce you and share the common ground you have from the outset, so you’re not walking into a cold conversation.

For the past 10 years, I’ve been building rooms for women to connect, grow and do business together.
I founded Fusion in 2016 after seeing how powerful the right room of women could be - and since then, I’ve brought thousands of women together through hundreds of events, masterminds and experiences.
I’ve spent a decade connecting women, curating rooms and paying attention to what makes relationships actually stick. I know how to look beyond a business card and see the connection that could genuinely be valuable for both women.
And I’ve also experienced what happens when you outgrow the rooms you’re in.
That’s why Platinum is intentionally different.
I’m not interested in putting you in another room full of people you have nothing in common with, or leaving you to work the room and hope you meet someone great.
