For the past 10 years, I’ve been bringing ambitious women together in rooms where something shifts — in their thinking, their relationships and what they believe is possible for themselves.
I founded Fusion in 2016 after recognising how powerful it can be when women have the right people around them. Since then, I’ve connected thousands of women through hundreds of events, masterminds and experiences.
But over that decade, I’ve come to understand something that goes far beyond networking.
The right room doesn’t just change who you know. It can change how you think, how you lead and what you believe you’re capable of.
I’ve experienced what happens when you outgrow the rooms you’re in. When the conversations no longer challenge you, the usual strategies stop getting you where you want to go, and you know there’s another level available to you — even if you can’t quite see the path there yet.
That’s why I created Platinum.
It’s a carefully curated space where business strategy meets personal growth, and where the woman behind the business matters just as much as the business itself.
