Terms and conditions

Welcome to Fusion Australia. By booking an event, joining a membership or program, or using our website, you agree to the following terms.

1. Who we are

Fusion Australia is a premium networking and curated connection community for women in business, based in Perth, WA.

2. Bookings and payments

All event, membership and program fees must be paid in full (or per an agreed payment plan) to secure your place

Prices are in AUD and inclusive of GST where applicable

Payment is processed securely via Stripe/Ivorey

3. Cancellations and refunds

Event tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person with prior notice to us

Membership and program fees are non-refundable, except where required by Australian Consumer Law

If Fusion cancels or reschedules an event, you'll be offered a credit or transfer to the next available date

Payment plans must be honoured in full even if you stop attending; ceasing participation doesn't cancel the payment obligation

4. Code of conduct

Fusion rooms are built on trust, respect and confidentiality. By attending, you agree to:

Treat all members and guests with respect

Keep confidential anything shared by other members in the room

Not use Fusion events or membership to directly solicit or sell to other members without consent

Behave in a way that upholds the standard and safety of the space

Fusion reserves the right to remove anyone from an event, membership or program without refund if this code is breached.

5. Photography and content

Photos and videos may be taken at Fusion events for marketing purposes. By attending, you consent to this unless you notify us in writing beforehand that you'd like to opt out.

6. Intellectual property

All Fusion branding, content, frameworks, event materials and copy are the property of Fusion Australia and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission.

7. Liability

Fusion takes reasonable care to deliver high-quality events and experiences but doesn't guarantee specific business outcomes, results or income from attending

To the extent permitted by law, Fusion isn't liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your participation

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under Australian Consumer Law that can't be excluded

8. Health and wellbeing

Some Fusion events may include physical activities (e.g. breathwork, movement). You participate at your own discretion and should let us know of any relevant health considerations in advance.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Fusion's services after changes means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.
